Kiana has been a fantastic nanny to our daughter from age one until three. She has been caring, proactive and conscientious at all times. Kiana has engaged our daughter in a wide range of educational, developmentally appropriate and fun activities, often finding unique ways of playing with resources we already have. Our daughter has loved the imaginative play and crafting in our home and Kiana also takes her out to agreed organised activities and play dates. Kiana has helped us with cleaning and cooking, both to a very high standard. Kiana took the lead in potty training and now settling our daughter into preschool. She has never let us down in any way. She uses her initiative whilst also respecting our wishes. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have found her, and are so pleased that our daughter has had such a positive role model. We recommend Kiana unreservedly.

Kiana has been a great help to our family over the last few years. She has been flexible with our day to day needs, she is great with the children (now aged 5, 7 & 12) including managing SEN. Her cleaning was an excellent standard. We would unreservedly recommend her.
