About Me
Hello everyone! My names Helen and I am a very caring nanny with over 30 years experience in childcare. I am a very organised person with good time keeping skills and an excellent attendance record. I love my job as, over the years, you become such a big part of a child's life..It's nice to feel that you've played a part in them becoming happy, confident little individuals.
My Experience
I have looked after many children over the years,ranging from newborns to 12 years. I am looking to work 2, 3 or 4 days. I'm also happy to work with any age range.
When training I worked in a number of placements including maternity wards and a special needs school. I have also worked in day nurseries and infant schools.
I really enjoy children's company and feel I've developed a good rapport over the years with every child I've cared for.
I like to take children out and about, whether to the park or days out or just spending time at home with them doing activities and crafts. I can also help out older children with homework and take them to and from any after school clubs etc.
I am OFSTED registered and DBS checked and also have my public liability insurance and Paediatric First Aid (these are updated each year) and can supply a CV on request.
