About Me
I have been employed as a Nanny since the age of 16 and have a vast amount of experience with newborns, toddlers, school age children and twins. I have completed courses in behavioural management and first aid. I have a keen interest in art and am very creative. I love to cook and always provide my charges with home cooked freshly prepared meals. I am a very personable and sociable individual and enjoy attending groups, meeting other nannies and joining activities with the children in my care. I enjoy working as part of a family and feel that establishing good relationships with the parents I work with is essential. I am very calm and caring, and believe that whilst boundaries are essential a childhood should also be fun and filled with lots of new experiences.
My Experience
I have worked as a sole charge Nanny for over 20years. I have also been employed by social services, as a family support worker, and within a day nursery as a full-time nursery nurse. I like to develop good communication with the parents I work with to ensure that we are all working together to meet the best needs of the children in my care and the family as a whole.
My Qualifications
I have no formal childcare qualification, however, I have over 20 years of childcare experience in various settings. I am educated to foundation level and am currently studying for a degree in Fine Art. I am currently employed by a military family in Bulford. This role is due to come to an end at the end of this month as the family are going on an adventure to Kenya.

I am currently paid £13.00 Net per hour and am looking for the same salary in line with my current position.
