10/10 childminder in Chislehurst

My son has been with Caron and her team for about a year now and we couldn’t be happier. We didn’t originally choose a childminder but now can’t believe we hadn’t explored it earlier, especially because we hit the jackpot with Caron. He has learnt so much in the last year, has developed in so many ways and he continues to surprise us daily with new words or actions.

Caron has such a good schedule which is educational, fun and you can see how much the children love spending time with her as much as she loves her job. She has endless energy, patience and I’ve never met a more organised person. We are kept fully up to date throughout the day and she communicates everything needed to make sure you are comfortable.

Super super happy we found her and excited for our second to join her and the adventures :)

Amazing ❤️

My daughter has been with Caron for just over a year now and I honestly can’t fault the care she receives, from the amazing outings and day trips, to the home cooked meals given, Caron and her family are always so friendly and welcoming.

My daughter absolutely loves her time with Caron, Andy and Caz, as well as the other children she’s made friendships with there. You can really see how much time and effort goes into looking after every child. I’m so grateful for everything they do – thank you ❤️

The best childminder in Chislehurst

We feel incredibly lucky to have found Caron. Our son has been with her since November and the difference in him in just a few months has been amazing to see.

She puts so much thought and care into everything she does with the children. They are always out and about exploring, with trips to the park, playgroups and little adventures, and it is clear how much effort she puts into making each day engaging and stimulating for them.

His development has come on so much during this time. His speech has really improved, his confidence has grown, and he clearly has the best time with her.

Caron is also incredibly thoughtful about the children’s nutrition. The meals are always really healthy and balanced, with lots of variety, fruit and vegetables, and different foods for them to try. It is clear she puts real care into making sure they are eating well.

Most of all, it is so reassuring to know he is somewhere he feels safe, happy and genuinely cared for. As parents that means everything, and we are so grateful that we found her.

Fantastic

Caron is an amazing childminder - she goes above and beyond to make sure the children get an all round experience - this includes going out to parks, forests, zoos, playgrounds and forest school. When at home they do arts and crafts and my son always leaves with a smile on his face. Caron is also very easy to talk to and very communicative about any issues if they arise. Couldnt recommend more

The most amazing childcare

We feel so lucky to have found Caron. From the very first day, she has created a warm, safe, and welcoming environment where our children have truly thrived. Her home is nurturing, well-organised, and filled with engaging activities that support both learning and play.

Communication is always excellent, we know what our children are doing throughout the day, from fun creative projects to outdoor adventures, as well as what they’ve eaten and how they’ve rested. It’s reassuring to know our children are not only cared for but truly loved and supported.

I left my youngest with Caron from 9 months old and she loved it so much that we pulled our 3 year old out of preschool for a day so that she could attend a day with Caron too! When I pull up outside her house the girls get giddy with excitement to get inside - From the amazing day trips to her wonderful allotment Caron’s childminding is truly unmatched!

The best of the best

Caron is the best! She is so good at what she does. My son has been going to Caron’s for a few months now, and honestly I couldn’t be happier with how well he is looked after.
He struggled with settling in as a lot of children do and this was very hard for me as a mum. Caron was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, patient and compassionate. It made me feel so comfortable around leaving my son and he is now so excited to go in every day.
Caron takes the children on amazing trips, she is so dedicated and passionate. I don’t know where she gets her energy! Caron even arranges an annual summer party on a Saturday , in addition to working with the children all week, which I think is a perfect example of how fantastically dedicated she is.
Our son gets fed really well with her , healthy food and often home grown.
Leaving my son in childcare had an extra layer of anxiety for me due to his milk allergy but Caron has been amazing. Extremely professional , I have always felt like my son is in safe hands. She has reassured me that she is able to manage his allergy, but at the same time never making it feel as though he is an extra burden, or he will be treated differently.
Communication with Caron has always been brilliant- super easy and really open. I can’t recommend her highly enough! I don’t know what I would do without her, she is an extension of our family. She is the best of the best, I don’t think it is possible to find better! I feel so lucky to have her looking after my child.

A Truly Outstanding Childminder

We’ve been with Caron since February, and I honestly can’t imagine a better childminder for our daughter. From the very start, she has been incredibly supportive, responsive, and professional — it’s clear how seriously she takes her work and how dedicated she is to the children in her care.

The settling-in period was particularly challenging for us, as our daughter was only 10 months old back then (and she is our first one). Caron was endlessly patient, understanding, and reassuring throughout that time — she really went the extra mile to make the process easier for both our daughter and for us as parents. She was incredibly caring and wonderfully creative in finding ways to calm her down, which helped my daughter adapt much faster than I ever anticipated. I don’t think we could have managed it without her.

Now, eight months in, our daughter is thriving. Caron provides a safe, caring, and stimulating environment, with a fantastic variety of activities. She takes the children to places and experiences we would never have been able to offer ourselves, which has been wonderful to see. Communication is always easy and open, and I feel completely confident knowing my daughter is in such capable hands.

We are so grateful to have found Caron, and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough to other parents.

Wonderful Childminder - Highly Recommend

We couldn’t have wished for a better childminder for our daughter. She has been with Caron from age 2.5 until starting reception at 4.5, and over these two years she has grown, learned and had the most wonderful experiences.

What we loved most was the variety of activities - from farms, zoos, and museums to forest school adventures. Every day brought something new and exciting, and our daughter always came home full of stories and smiles.

Caron provides such a warm, caring, and structured environment. We always felt completely confident that our daughter was safe, happy, and thriving. The balance of fun, learning, and kindness is exceptional.

We are so grateful for the fantastic start our daughter has had - these early years are so important, and Caron has given her the best foundation we could have hoped for. We would wholeheartedly recommend her to any family - you will be very lucky if your child gets a place!

10/10 the BEST!

Caron and Lauren are amazing!

We have sent both our children to Caron's for almost 2 years and are very sad to be moving on. If you get the chance to send your children here, you are very lucky and will not regret it.

What we love:
-The communication: I get regular updates and Caron will always respond promptly to any questions or issues I have.
-The itinerary: I don't know where Caron and Lauren find the energy but every day is different and every day is filled with brilliant activities. A lot takes place outdoors which has been hugely beneficial to our two boys.
-The ethos: Caron and Lauren are clearly very loving, patient, nurturing and fun. The boys are always so happy at pickup. Equally I know they can be firm when they need to be and that there is a clear structure and rules in place to ensure all children behave and respect one another.
-Flexibility: Where possible and within reason Caron is flexible and will help with extra days/hours when needed.
-Great value: Food and activities are all included. My boys eat a lot of food, so we definitely get our monies worth!

I genuinely don't know how we would have coped as a family without Caron and Lauren's support. From day 1 it has been brilliant. I have never had any concerns about leaving my children. These early years are so important and I could not have hoped for a better start for my children. Thank you for everything! x

Perfect childminder

Caron has been wonderful, our little boy has been there for around 2.5 years and he loves it. She’s always easy to contact and keeps us informed. The environment is safe and they do lots of great outings and activities. Highly recommend!
