Wonderful

Jen came to us in a challenging time, initially to give us respite once a month but when I took ill before Christmas she just stepped up to help. My grandchildren adore her and love going to spend time with Jen and her family. Jen has a gentle quietness approach with our grandchildren with clear boundaries on behaviour that they needed and she has worked with us which has significantly impacted on our grandchildren's behaviour. I don't know where we would be without her, shes just amazing!
