About Me
I am an Ofsted Registered Childminder with Paediatric First Aid training.
I am married and have two young girls aged 13 and 15 years old.
We live in a farmhouse in a small rural hamlet just outside Melbourne. We have a large enclosed garden which has a Swing and a Climbing Frame as well as many other garden toys and games.
Our Family Pets consist of 2 Fluffy Bunnies and 7 friendly Chickens who all live in the garden.
I aim to provide a loving and caring environment with an emphasis on learning and creative play.
I follow the Early Years Foundation Stage, and am a member of the National Childminding Association.
We are a vegetarian household and avoid artificial sweeteners too so meal options for children who attend are always very healthy.
During school holidays daily age appropriate activities such as arts, crafts and baking are provided, and reading is also encouraged with a large selection of books available from myself for the children covering a wide range of topics both factual and fictional.
Throughout the year we celebrate the various cultural festivals with craft sessions. Other activities include baking, making, song time, puzzles and stories as well as basic geography and learning about the multicultural world that we live in.

* I am able to offer FREE Government funded hours per week for 3 and 4 year old pre-schoolers, and also for 2 year olds depending on your circumstances. Please ask for details.
Please note also that a risk assessment has been carried out by myself on my property to ensure the safety of all of my children, and I have also had an assessment done by the local fire authority.

My Availability
I am currently fully booked and do not anticipate vacancies until 2025.
Occasional overnight care is available for the children on my books and I am registered with Ofsted to do this.
Payment is monthly in advance and a months deposit is required if a place is booked which will count towards fees.
