Little Explorers Childminding.
Hi, my name is Rachel & I'm a registered Childminder, I live in Gamesley, Glossop with my Husband and our 3 children, I have a playroom and secure garden where children will enjoy lots of exploring and activities as well as a lot of child-led play where the children can learn and flourish whilst enjoying their favourite things.
I strongly believe in learning through play and the positive impact of outdoor play & exploring, where children will gain confidence and skills which will stay with them throughout life, we are super lucky to live in such a beautiful town, the children in my care will spend lots of time outside enjoying lots of crafts and activities.
Fees include home cooked, healthy & nutritious meals and snacks as well as regular trips out to parks, farms, woodlands, tots groups and play centres.
My hours are:
Monday-Friday 7.30-6.30 £4/hour
Although I am flexible with prior notice.
My Experience
I have 15 years childcare experience in a number of different settings including a private day nursery, a primary school and also as a childminding assistant, I also have 3 children of my own.
My Qualifications
• Level 3 Diploma in Children and young people's workforce.
•NVQ2 in Early years and education.
• Paediatric First Aid.
I also regularly update my knowledge with training courses and hold certificates for the following:
• Child protection
• Safeguarding
• Fire safety
• food safety
• Outdoor learning
• Observation techniques
• Managing behaviour
My Availability
I am available Monday-Friday 7.30-6.30.
I am flexible with prior notice.
My Fees
- Childminding from £6.00 per hour
£4 p/h Monday-Friday.
My Local Schools
- I provide drop offs and pick ups at Dinting Church of England Voluntary Aided Primary School
