About Me
Hello, my name is Laura Mannering. I'm an Ofsted-registered childminder based in Fazeley, and I've been providing childcare for over 10 years. I work alongside my mom, Emma, who is my trusted assistant.
You might be wondering why I chose to become a childminder – the answer is simple: I genuinely love working with children and offering them a safe, nurturing, home-from-home environment where they can learn and grow.
We understand how nerve-racking it can be to leave your child in someone else’s care for the first time. That’s why we aim to make the transition as smooth and reassuring as possible – not just for your little one, but for you as a parent too.
I'm also a mum to two young children myself – a 5-year-old and a 2-year-old – so I truly understand the trust you're placing in us.

We offer 15 and 30 hours of funded childcare for eligible children.
My Experience
I started my career in childcare working in a nursery for around eight months before moving on to become a children's party host at the SnowDome. These early roles gave me valuable experience working with children in both educational and fun, energetic environments. For the past 10 years, I’ve been a dedicated childminder, combining everything I’ve learned to provide a warm, engaging, and supportive space for little ones to thrive.
