We couldn’t be happier with the care and support Karen has given our son. From the very first day he went to Karen’s, he received such a warm and welcoming reception, which helped him settle in quickly and comfortably with all the other children.

Our son has always been very happy and excited to go to Karen’s, which gives us such peace of mind as parents. Karen is incredibly caring, attentive and understanding, and she creates a lovely, happy environment where the children feel safe, valued and included.

She has also always been extremely quick to reply to any messages and has been wonderfully flexible whenever we’ve needed to make arrangements or changes. Her communication and willingness to accommodate us have made everything so much easier.
