Hi.
My name is Silvia and I am originally from Slovakia. I live in Surbiton with my partner and two children of 5 years and 8 years, both children are now in full education.
I am actively looking now to get back to work ideally some flexible hours around my children’s pick up (at 3.15pm) either as a nanny, mothers help, or just give you hand for few hours a week while my children are at school or perhaps someone who’s got similar aged children in the same school and don't mind me bringing my children with?
Both my children are very happy, smiley and easy going kids, very chilled and friendly (just like me). But this is something to discuss.
Here is a bit about me:
I was a childcare worker all my life since I was 18 years old until I had my second child and then COVID hit I was occasionally helping with childcare to my friends and some mums from school and also was recommended as reliable babysitter. I worked in local soft play for 8 months too until it closed for good. I am looking for flexible hours around my children and if you are local and happy for me to bring children with me after school that would be a bonus (and it could be quite beneficial to younger children having playmates)
I am kind, polite, honest, flexible, energetic nature loving person with good cooking skills who loves looking after the children. I am very easy going, very friendly and get along with parents and children in harmony.
My Experience
I have over 20+ years experience as a nanny and good references from all the families I worked for. I looked after children from 10 months to 11years /boys and girls and I am also mother of two I really love being a mummy and I also love my job. I always give 100%. The last nanny positions was after school nanny where I took my daughter with then I had my second child and I was on maternity and stay at home mum until my son started school in September 2023. I am OFSTED REGISTRED and I renewed my 12h paediatric first aid course (in November 2022) and I hold current DBS certificate approved by OFSTED.
My Qualifications
I have lots of experience/ checkable and excellent references from all previous families I worked for
I am currently not OFSTED registered, but willing to register if you want to claim childcare vouchers.
I hold current DBS certification
I renewed my first aid for babies and children in November 2022
CACHE level 3 Diploma in homebased childcare
Clean driving licence and my own car
I worked in soft play for 8 months
I am a mummy of two children

I am looking for part time nanny position from September 2023 ideally some flexible hours around my children either as a nanny, mother’s help, or just give you hand for few hours a week while my children are at school or perhaps someone who’s got similar aged children in the same school? - I am pretty much open to everything around childcare.
I am also looking for evenings/weekend babysitting.
I drive and I have my own car

I know Silvia because she used to be the nanny for my son's friend. We used to meet for playdates from time to time.She is really great with the kids and I know she was huge help to my son's friend's mum.She is highly recommended.
Overall
Silvia has been our nanny for the last 2.5 years and she has been a real pleasure to have around. She is reliable, kind and full of enthusiasm - our children love her and we will be very sorry to lose her!
