Children attending this setting are happy, settled, and make good progress in their learning, benefitting from a stimulating and nurturing environment. The childminder places a strong emphasis on songs, stories, and communication, helping children develop confidence and language skills from an early age. Mathematical development is also well supported through everyday play and activities. While partnerships with parents are strong and safeguarding practice is effective, the childminder does not always help children understand expected behaviour, particularly regarding care of resources. Strengthening behaviour management strategies has been identified as an area for improvement.
