About Me
Hello, I am Zoe, an Ofsted childminder, a wife to Sam and mum of 3 children, I live in Long Eaton which I’ve lived in most of my life.
I am a confident person who thoroughly enjoys watching children develop and thrive.
My Experience
I decided I wanted to work with children 16 years ago. I did voluntary work within a local primary school which lead me to completing a 2 year course to be a Level 3 Teaching Assistant.
I have worked amongst each year group within primary school as a class TA as well as 1:1 work. After my son, I worked within a nursery collecting primary aged children from different schools, providing them with transport to the nursery then making sure they have eaten and enjoyed some play.
My final stop was working in a nursery in the city centre. This was a very demanding role within a multi-culture area, a wide variety of needs and languages. The children here were from 0-5years.
My Qualifications
CACHE Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools Level 2 and 3.
Im a qualified childminder.
Through work, I have completed EYFS training,several Safeguarding courses, First Aid & Behaviour courses.
My Availability
I am currently on Maternity leave, with the expectation to return beginning of September 2026. I will be back working Monday- Wednesday’s.
My Fees
- Childminding from £6.00 per hour
I charge £6 per hour. This does covered playgroups, days out, light snacks. Parents are to provide lunch each day.

- I provide drop offs and pick ups at Brooklands Primary School

I currently have 2 children who are currently with Zoe and she is absolutely brilliant, I could not of picked a better childminder. My eldest who is 4 previously went to a nursery, she was very shy there and struggled to make friends, she was also going to be referred for S&L therapy as this was another struggle for her, however since going to Zoe's, her speech is incredible, we now have conversations. She also makes friends quite easily now, has really come out of her shell. My youngest is 2 and his speech in amazing, he will have a conversation with you and tell you exactly what he wants, he often sings songs to me he has learnt at Zoe's. One of my children was a really picky eater also, however now will eat almost anything and try new things. Since going to Zoe from 2019 the improvements are amazing and I can not thank Zoe enough. Zoe is also very understanding with personal lives. I am a single mum and Zoe has always gone above and beyond to support me if i had a change of work pattern and even when i started education again, Zoe changed the hours for me to fit around my learning. Honestly, if you're wanting a lovely, reliable childminder Zoe is the one. She is so friendly and my children absolutely love her and will be so sad when they wont be going anymore.
