About Me
Graded overall GOOD by OFSTED with OUTSTANDING grade in Personal, Social and Emotional development (inspected Nov 2016).
I have always loved children and consider myself to be natural with them. I am calm and patient but know when to be firm, although I would say that I am always fair. I enjoy my job, and take pleasure when I see a child developing and growing with my help and encouragement.
Outside of my job, I enjoy spending time with my husband,daughters and friends aswell as relaxing with a book. I have just joined a gym and intend to make the most of that.
My Experience
I am the eldest of 4 siblings and as such have looked after children throughout all my teenage and adult life. I also continually babysat for family friends aswell as my godchildren, nieces and nephews and friends children as we have grown up.
I was a fulltime nanny to 3 young girls for a number of years until they all went to full-time school and I became a childminder full-time in November 2008. I developed a strong relationship with the family that I nannied for and still babysit for them and their friends on a regular basis.
My Qualifications
I have 10 GCSE's, an AS level qualification and Level 3 NVQ.
I have full First Aid Certificate and ICP Homebased childcare study course certificate
I am registered with OFSTED and a member of the PACEY
My Availability
My standard working hours are monday to friday 8am to 6pm ,but i am happy to consider out of hours.

Nicki has looked after my daughter from 9 months to 3 years old, and I can only praise her for the highest of standards and genuine care throughout. She has taken care of my daughter as if she was her own, yet provided an educational and fun setting for her to thrive in during her early years. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to have been our childminder. We’re absolutely gutted to have to move on to the next chapter and we would highly recommend Nicki to anyone looking for a fantastic childminder for your children.

Nicki is the best person you could ever leave your children with!!! My twins started with Nicki at 8 months old and both had health issues - my little girl in particular who also has dwarfism, Nicki and her team (Stirl, Elaine & Lucia) have been fantastic in supporting the twins and me with health issues, appointments, physio - I could go on..... Nicki is their second Mum and as they have just started nursery they are missing not seeing her big smiling face every day - as am I! I recommend Nicki to everyone looking for a childminder so if she has space - you are very lucky and need to snap it up. Thankfully I will see her in school holidays as there is no one else I would prefer to look after my precious babies. We love you Nick nick xx
