About Me
Hello my name is Kate, I am an Ofsted registered childminder graded GOOD in September 2018
I have been a childminder for 17 years under the name Radcliffe Rascals.
I offer full / part time childcare places to children aged from 0-8years old.
I live in Little Lever with my hubby Philip and our children, Leah, 19 and Clay 15
My home and child care setting are one and the same, based in a semi detached house on the 524 bus route, next to Little Lever high school.
I have a large bright front room with a wide verity of toys available to the children on free flow basis, allowing the children in my care to look at what is available and choose what they would like to access from an early age.
My front room has patio doors that open up on to a large two level rear garden with outdoor resources such as, ride on toys, slide and tunnel , play kitchen and sand&water tray.
We do lots of activities such as painting, play dough, walks to feed the ducks, trips to the park, working farm and museum, sand and water play, baking, role play and lots more including free play allowing the children to use their imagination.
I offer a "home from home" care provision with a calm and settled environment for children to grow, learn, and socialise in a warm, welcoming and safe place.
I am happy to offer funded care for children aged 2,3&4 yrs old.
I can offer full and part-time places and short term care places if require.

Kate is the best childminder I have come across, she is professional, loving and gives structure and guidance to children. She is very warm, honest and has changed our lives. Kate takes the children on adventures and they always have lots of fun with lots of education involved. She has a safe, immaculate home with lots of toys and activities to get involved with. She gives you plenty of notice if she can't provide car and offers alternative arrangements. I would recommend my child minder to all as she gives me confidence to part with my children and flexibility to enjoy the work and home life balance.
