My Summary

My Experience

I am currently working as a full time Nanny to a two year old. I have sole charge of his needs and organise various activities and take him to lots of social children's groups.

Previously, I am working in Lower Kindergarten at a private school, working with 2 to 3 year olds. My duties consist of providing a fun, safe and educational environment for the children whilst they are at school. Also, meeting the needs of the children.

Previously, I have worked at a children's nursery as a Nursery Room Assistant, where I have been for two and 1/2 years. Working with children aged between 0-10 years, sometimes dividing my focus on six children at a time. My responsibilities include general interaction with the children, preparing meals, changing nappies, cleaning and meeting the parents requirements. I really enjoy it but my preference is to focus on the same group of children/child so I can watch and help towards their development further, helping them reach their full potential.

I have also done work experience in schools with children aged 5-10 as a teachers assistant. My responisibilities included helping the children with their homework, listening to them read, lesson planning and planning activities to meet their needs.

My work experience at my local riding school enabled me to teach children with disabilites how to ride. I have also done some baby sitting.

During the summer I worked as a camp leader at a American children's overnight summer camp for nine weeks. My responsibilities were teaching the children how to horseride and participating in a variety of activities with the children. I also looked after the children within the bunk where I had to teach them how to feel at ease during their time at camp.

My Qualifications

I have 7 GCSE's A-C.
I have acquired a BTEC National Diploma Level Three in Child Care Learning and Development, where I achieved straight distinctions in all modules.
BA Honours in primary education 3rd class degree.

I am CRB checked.

I am a qualified paediatric first aid.

I am also Ofsted Registered and I have public liability insurance

My Availability

I am looking for a nannying job on a Wednesday and Thursday full days.

I am available for evening babysitting and weekends, if you contact me I'm quite flexible with my work hours.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
• Nannying from £18.00 per hour (gross)

£17 for nannying
£10 for evening babysitting
