About Me
My name is Laura and I am 26. I live in Springfield In Chelmsford, with my mum and 17 year old brother. I worked at the Kids Academy as an after school club assistant (02/12/14 to 15/4/16) where I collected children aged 4 to 11 from school. We heard them read, gave them tea and looked after them untill their parents collected. I'm learning to drive and have my test booked. I would be interested in helping you out if I can. I have a DBS check and have done babysitting before. In summer 2010 I completed a BX course at Barracudas Day Camps where I shadowed the leader of a group of 7-8 year olds and had to plan my own activity. I did a 3 week work experience at Stables Nursery whilst I was at school. I look forward to hearing from you soon. I currently babysit for a 11 year old on a Sunday on a irregular basis which I have done for 4 years.
My Experience
2 weeks work expereince at Westlands School in April 2011 as a Classroom Assistant where I Supervisered children and Assisted at their lunchtimes and playtime for children of 5 and 6 Years old.
3 weeks work experience at Stables Nursery in July 2008 as a classrom assistant where I Supervisered children and Assisted at their lunchtimes and playtime for children of 3 Months to 5 Years old.
I also completed a volunteer bx course at Barracudas Day Camps in Summer of 09 and 10 were i supervisered children of many ages and planned and coordinated an activity which means i have knowledge of health and safety procedures.
I used to look after my 17 year old brother on many occasions whilst mum is at work etc.
I worked part time at Kids Academy (term time only) 2/12/14 to 15/4/16 at Moulsham school.
I currently babysit for a 11 year old on an irregular basis
My Qualifications
I progressed from Chelmsford College summer 2011 with a BTEC National Certifcate in Business. I acheived 9 GCSEs at Hylands School in 2009 with 5 of them being a* - c in Psychology, English, French, Re, Citizenship.
