We were in urgent need of a nanny for our 1.5 year old. We were on vacation when we talked to Ana and she seemed very interested for the job. Then on the day she was supposed to meet in person, she messaged me in the morning saying that she is not well. On asking, she said that she was not eager to take up the job as we were not ready to sign a contract - which is a LIE as I clearly said they we will talk in detail about the contract when we meet in person. Now we are in such a difficult situation to get a nanny over the weekend for our little one as we are both working and just back from our vacation.

People like Ana should be banned from this platform as this is a trusted platform where we as parents are looking for responsible and professional help for our little ones and not for people who don't care to communicate clearly.
