My Experience
I’ve started as an au'pair in Fulham on October 2010 up till February 2013. When I started the children were 9 months old (F), 2½ years old (B) and 4½ years old (F). My duties involve preparing their meals, taking them to/hosting play dates, taking them to/from school, swimming/tennis lessons and other activities, taking them to the park(no matter the weather), bathing them, bedtime stories, tidying up, etc. The eldest child has a disability and I was assisting with her physical therapy. With my second family I started as a full time NANNY for 2 kids, 16 months old (F) and 3 years old (B) from August 2013 till February 2014. Unfortunately it ended sooner than we all thought as he's been offered a job position in Singapore. My next family was a French family in Chelsea, 4y old (F) and 6 y old (F) for 1 year - March 2014 till March 2015. At the moment I'm working for a family with 2 boys since April 2015. When I started the youngest was 11m old and the oldest was 2y and a half. There's a new baby coming and both parents are planning on taking time off and be with the baby.
I also travel with the family on their holidays and I'm happy to do this in my next position, if required.

We were in urgent need of a nanny for our 1.5 year old. We were on vacation when we talked to Ana and she seemed very interested for the job. Then on the day she was supposed to meet in person, she messaged me in the morning saying that she is not well. On asking, she said that she was not eager to take up the job as we were not ready to sign a contract - which is a LIE as I clearly said they we will talk in detail about the contract when we meet in person. Now we are in such a difficult situation to get a nanny over the weekend for our little one as we are both working and just back from our vacation.
People like Ana should be banned from this platform as this is a trusted platform where we as parents are looking for responsible and professional help for our little ones and not for people who don't care to communicate clearly.

Ana was great. She really took deep care of our son and seemed to genuinely enjoy and take pride in her job. Overall, I can definitely recommend her!

We had the pleasure of having Ana help care for our newborn during the first months of his life, and I can’t overstate how grateful we are for her support.
From the very beginning, she proved to be incredibly reliable, energetic, and a joy to have around. She brings a positive, calm presence into the home while maintaining clear professional boundaries and taking her role very seriously.
It’s clear she genuinely enjoys spending time with babies — and it shows in the loving and attentive way she cares for our son Rocco. She is also wonderfully flexible and accommodating, which is a huge help during such a delicate and unpredictable time. We feel very lucky to have had her with us so far and wholeheartedly recommend her to any family.
