My Experience
I’ve started as an au'pair in Fulham on October 2010 up till February 2013. When I started the children were 9 months old (F), 2½ years old (B) and 4½ years old (F). My duties involve preparing their meals, taking them to/hosting play dates, taking them to/from school, swimming/tennis lessons and other activities, taking them to the park(no matter the weather), bathing them, bedtime stories, tidying up, etc. The eldest child has a disability and I was assisting with her physical therapy. With my second family I started as a full time NANNY for 2 kids, 16 months old (F) and 3 years old (B) from August 2013 till February 2014. Unfortunately it ended sooner than we all thought as he's been offered a job position in Singapore. My next family was a French family in Chelsea, 4y old (F) and 6 y old (F) for 1 year - March 2014 till March 2015. At the moment I'm working for a family with 2 boys since April 2015. When I started the youngest was 11m old and the oldest was 2y and a half. There's a new baby coming and both parents are planning on taking time off and be with the baby.
I also travel with the family on their holidays and I'm happy to do this in my next position, if required.

We had the pleasure of having Ana help care for our newborn during the first months of his life, and I can’t overstate how grateful we are for her support.
From the very beginning, she proved to be incredibly reliable, energetic, and a joy to have around. She brings a positive, calm presence into the home while maintaining clear professional boundaries and taking her role very seriously.
It’s clear she genuinely enjoys spending time with babies — and it shows in the loving and attentive way she cares for our son Rocco. She is also wonderfully flexible and accommodating, which is a huge help during such a delicate and unpredictable time. We feel very lucky to have had her with us so far and wholeheartedly recommend her to any family.

We are happy to recommend Ana Pirtac as a nanny. Ana was an ok nanny a bit odd and didn’t clean after herself (left lunch plate on the table and babies room messy with Pj on the floor and changing nappy things on the bed)
But the shocking part was afterwards she ask for £22 per hour instead of £17 as advertised on her profile I understand she is in between places and has no home at the moment but I really felt scammed after a few back and forth uncomfortable messages

Ana has worked with our family June through October this year and we wish we could continue working with her as our now 9 month old has developed a really strong bond with her and lights up whenever she comes into the room. Flexible, easy to be around - especially important given that I work from home, and has helped with our child's development. For example, Ana fast tracked crawling! Super practical, helpful, straight talking, and can also put together and repair anything (baby related or not!) We hope to work with her again in future.

Ana brings a lot of experience and knowledge with her, and made me and my 10 month old feel happy and at ease. She is committed and sees things from the child's perspective, listening to their cues and needs to make their time enjoyable and relaxed. Would highly recommend. Thanks Ana!

Ana was great with our child. She knew her stuff, including what questions to ask re allergies, sign language, likes/dislikes, etc - which made us confident in hiring her. Her calm and friendly manner made our child content with her as well. Could not have hoped for a better sitter! We will surely contact Ana on our next London vacation!

Ana is a wonderful nanny. She looked after my 2-year old son for one week when our regular childcare was not available. My son took to Ana immediately. She was absolutely brilliant with him. Ana is warm and I felt that my son was completely safe with her. Ana organised fun activities, outdoors and indoors. She took care of everything and prepared delicious and healthy meals for my son. Ana was always punctual and totally reliable. She sent me loads of adorable photos and videos so I could see all the fun they were getting up to. I cannot possibly fault Ana in any way. I recommend her wholeheartedly.

My husband and I have a 10 month old son and spent a while looking for a Nanny but from the first conversation we had with Ana we felt reassured and confident that our son would feel really comfortable and happy around her and this has always been the case - we’ve been working with Ana for three months now on Fridays and hope we are able to continue to work with her across the long term. Ana has always been open and transparent with us and she is an excellent communicator. As first time parents she is very supportive and patient with us and always offers reassurance, advice and guidance when needed. She is very attentive and always looks out for our son and makes a lot of effort to interact with him to keep him stimulated. She sends us photos when she goes on walks with him as well as throughout the day and very quickly has been able to build a high level of trust with him and us. She’s flexible, considerate and sincerely cares about the well-being of our son. I would highly recommend Ana and my husband and I are so grateful for her support. Thank you Ana!

Ana is great and my boys love her! She is warm and encouraging while being able to clearly explain to kids what's expected. My 7-year-old especially enjoys her willingness to play football.
I have total confidence in her and she's a pleasure to interact with.

Ana looked after my 4 years old son a couple of times last year. After moving from the US, I felt that my son needed someone to play with so we asked her for help. My son is currently working on English but he seemed to be enjoying playing with her. My son got used to her very quickly. I hope this review helps!
