About Me
Hi, I'm an enthusiastic Ofsted Registered and insured. Previously have worked for many years as a Nanny and now I am Teacher-trained. We have a wide selection of activities, inside and outside to educate and entertain. I have three children of my own aged 14, 19 at home and a 26 year old. I offer warm and caring home based childcare in a friendly family environment. We like to visit child orientated groups in the area, woodland, and also parks, play centres, local libraries, and am a Yorkshire Wildlife Park member.
We have daily activities that cover the seven areas of learning. These include arts and crafts, baking, reading, construction play, creative play, imaginative play, messy play, music, singing, numeracy, outdoor play and gardening.
I can collect and drop at North Wheatley Primary School.
My Experience
I have been working in childminding for 20 years presently, but have cared for children in one form or another for 30 years. I have worked as a Nanny, Classroom Assistant and Special Needs Nursery Nurse and have undertaken a Primary Teaching degree.
My Qualifications
BA (Hons) Primary Education.
ICP - Introduction to Childcare Practise.
Btec Certificate in Care.
Btec Diploma in Care.
Paediatric First Aid And Safeguarding all up to date.
My Availability
I work 8.30am til 4.00pm Mon-Thurs. Please call to discuss if you need outside these hours.
My Fees
- Childminding from £6.00 per hour
£6.00 per hour between the hours of 8.30am and 4.00pm.
£10.00 per hour outside these hours.
My Local Schools
- I provide drop offs and pick ups at North Wheatley Church of England Primary School
