Full Time Nanny with Special Needs Experience Job in Farnham

We have three gorgeous boys aged 17, 15 and 10 and live within walking distance of Farnham town centre/train station and are looking for permanent help from 07:00-09:00 and 15:30-19:30 weekdays with the opportunity for extra hours if needed.
My Requirements
Our 15-year-old son is disabled with severe development delay, he needs a kind and caring person who will help look after him. He has a wonderful temperament, and his two brothers (17 and 10) are very kind and helpful.
We are currently recruiting for two shifts as outlined below:
Our morning Nanny, who's been with us for 2 years, is moving to a role with greater hours, so we have a vacancy from 07:00-09:00. As this is a short shift, we pay a premium for this.
Our afternoon Nanny, who's been with us for 3.5 years, is also leaving due to her children starting school and wanting to be there for them when they get home.
We’re looking for a person(s) with a happy-disposition, caring, reliable and proactive in their way of working and comfortable with special needs.
Great rates of pay with holiday, pension etc - you do not need to have SEN experience, we will train you on what's needed.
Whilst we currently have 2 different carers and are happy with this, we would also consider an individual to cover both shifts.
