About Me
Hello, I'm Caroline and I have been a registered childminder for over 23 years.
I live in Skegness, close to the beach, parks and local amenities, which gives us plenty of opportunities for outings and adventures. In my spare time I enjoy camping and spending time with my family.
I work alongside my son, Patrick, who is an important part of our childcare setting. Having two adults present throughout much of the day provides additional support, flexibility and reassurance for families, while also allowing us to give children plenty of individual attention and opportunities for learning and play.
I am also a Beaver Scout Leader in Skegness, a role I have held for many years. Several children I have cared for have gone on to join Beavers, allowing me to continue supporting them as they grow and develop.
As an Ofsted-registered childminder, I follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), providing a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, play and develop at their own pace.
My Experience
Over the years I have cared for children of different ages, abilities and backgrounds, gaining a wealth of experience and understanding of each child's individual needs.
My Qualifications
I hold a Foundation Degree in Early Years and later completed a BSc Open Degree with the Open University. I regularly update my knowledge through training and have completed courses in areas including paediatric first aid, speech and language development, diversity and inclusion, and the Early Years Professional Development Programme. Certificates are available to view on request.
My Availability
Places avaiable Mon-Fri, hours between 8am and 4.30pm
My Fees
- Childminding from £6.00 per hour
£6per hour
Depending on hours of attendance this fee includes:
+ Breakfast
+ a mid-morning and afternoon snack
+ a healthy home-cooked lunch (2 courses).
+ milk, water
+ Baby wipes, nappies toothbrushes and other toiletries

Caroline and her husband have been collecting my two daughters from school and providing after school care for approx. 6 months. I find their service to be efficient and reliable. My children enjoy their time there in the large well equipped home. They are very experienced childminders. I would recommend them to anyone looking for childcare.
