About Me

I live and childmind in Croxley Green. My home has a large garden and playroom for the children to play in. I am Ofsted regisered with 33years experience.

I provide a safe, warm and welcoming enviroment for the children to play and learn in. I help each child to develop and progress towards their early learning goals. I do this by following guidelines set out in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

We have a basic routine which we use as a guidline. My days are organized around the needs of the children I am caring for. I spend time playing with the children, teaching them basic tasks, developing new skills, listening and reading to them. We do a variety of activities together like play doh, painting, cooking, puzzles and gardening.

We attend a childminding toddler group regularly. Occasionally we go to soft play, visit the library, visit farms, have picnics or we may just go for a stomp in the woods. All these things depend on what children and routine we have to work around at the time e.g. school runs and sleep patterns.

I am CRB checked and hold Public liability insurance
