Hello my names Catherine I’m 44 years old. In my spare time
I love to travel and enjoy spending time with my dog. I'm very outdoorsy and like walking in the countryside.
I have been a Nanny now for many years.
I'm the type of Nanny that likes to get the children out and about going to the library,park museums and toddler groups.
But equally I'm also happy to stay at home doing arts and crafts,cooking, reading books dancing ,musical instruments and imaginative play.
I'm happy to cook healthy nutritious meals.
However I do not do laundry, ironing or housework.
I believe being a Nanny the main focus is concentrating on the child. I keep all areas the child has been in tidy and clean up play areas/bedrooms after myself.
I'm looking for a new Nanny position three days a week starting from August 2027.
My Experience
A nanny for 6 families.working with children from Newborn to 14 years of age.
Babysit for a young man with cerebral palsy so have training in special needs and lifting.
A mother’s help in the Caribbean for a 3 year old.
A senior nursery nurse running a toddler room at Oxpens college.
A nursery nurse for 8 years at Oxford Brookes university nursery.
Volunteer at St Mary’s stay and play toddler group.
Also I’ve volunteered in animal shelters so if you have pets this isn’t a problem I love animals.
My most recent family I have been with for six years starting with the the first child at six months of age staying on when the second child was born.
My Qualifications
NVQ 3 in childcare
Paediatric first aid trained
Food hygiene
EYFS In childcare trained
Basic sign language course
Creative and musical activities for children day course.
Child protection course

Tuesday- Thursday 8-6

- Nannying from £20.00 per hour (net)
