About Me
Hello my name is Claire and i am 33 years old. I consider myself to be an enthusiastic, highly creative, and energetic individual. I adore caring for Children and have always wanted to since a young age. My parents have been Foster carers my whole life and it has made a big impact on my life. I helped my parents out wherever I could growing up. I felt this has inspired me to go into child care myself and provide care and understanding for children. I also have 4 nieces and 2 nephews who I enjoy being around.
I can easily adapt to different situations and I pride myself on being trustworthy and punctual.
Outside of work I enjoy all aspects of fitness including going to the gym, hiking, cycling and swimming. I also enjoy going to the cinema with friends and reading. Spending time with my family is of great importance to me.
I moved to Hong Kong in March 2012 to gain more experience in Nannying overseas and working with different cultures whilst seeing the world. It is an experience I throughly enjoyed and feel I gained a lot from it. I then moved to london in 2013 for 3 years and worked for 2 families which I enjoyed. I then moved back to Hampshire in July 2015 to be closer to my family and friends.
My Experience
I have been a nanny for 13 years and worked in a nursery for 2 years. I have experience in disabled children and all age groups.
My Qualifications
Cache Diploma in Childcare and Education Level 2 and 3
Food Safety in Catering Trained
Health and safety in Childcare Trained
Other courses include: Making the difference, Learning through laughter, Make it happen, Initial/advanced Child protection and TEFL.
My Availability
I am looking for part time hours mon to Friday or 2 to 3 full days and would like to bring my 22 month old son with me. However my in-laws are able to look after him one day per week
