We have been using Lou for years. She has taken great care of our little boy, as she does with all of the children in her care. We have always received updates, feedback and support. Her experience and knowledge is amazing. She has taught our child so much over the last 3/4 years right up to school transition. He has been on lots of adventures. We will still be using her as our childminder in the school holidays. Home from home environment. Would definitely recommend.
