Lou has been such a special and invaluable part of our lives since 2021. She has cared for both my children over the years and has become so much more than a childminder; she is truly an extension of our family. My children absolutely adore her, and we feel incredibly lucky to have her in our lives.

Lou is kind, patient, supportive and incredibly understanding. She has experience with SEN and takes the time to understand each child’s individual needs, making sure they always feel safe, happy and cared for. Her home-from-home environment has been especially important for my daughter, who struggled with after-school clubs. Lou was so accommodating and made the transition much easier for us all.

Trusting someone else with your children is a huge decision, but Lou’s warm, welcoming and genuine nature put me at ease from the very beginning. She is reliable, trustworthy and always goes above and beyond, from celebrating birthdays to capturing those precious little moments. It’s clear how much love and thought she puts into everything she does.

Now, with my children aged 10 and 7, Lou continues to provide wraparound care and remains such an important part of our lives. I will forever be grateful for the consistency, reassurance and love she has given our family. Over the years, our relationship has naturally grown into a lovely friendship, because Lou genuinely has a heart of gold.
