About Me
I am an OFSTED registered childminder. I have been childminding for the last 12 years.
I live with my 2 children, My daughter is 19 and my Son is 13.
My role is to provide your child with a safe, secure and stimulating enviroment while in our care. Your child will enjoy various activities in a warm, safe and friendly environment. The following are a few of the indoor activities:
Painting, making collages, baking, puzzles, dress up, reading/singing.
Outdoor activities include trips to the local parks and farms, libraries, baby/toddler groups playing with our mud kitchen and trips to the local woods.
While doing all these, it will be my role to ensure that your child meets the ofsted welfare requirements to ensure that all targets for the 7 (3 prime and 4 specific ) key areas of learning are met. Treating each child as unique and working on their individual needs.
I am available for full and Term time only Monday - Friday.

My Experience
As well as being a childminder I also have 2 children of my own aged 19 and 13. Your children will be treated no different than my own, their welfare and happiness is my prime objective.
I also have experience in caring for an under 1 year olds, references for their parents can be provided on request.

I can’t recommend Kellie enough! She’s been absolutely amazing with my son. She’s always going above and beyond. He loves spending time with her, and she’s kind, patient, and genuinely cares about each child she looks after. She creates such a loving, safe, and homely environment where my son is thriving. Truly the best childminder i could ask for!
What really stands out is how much thought and care Kellie puts into everything she does. She takes the children out every day to different places — soft play, playgroups, libraries, forrest school and other educational trips — so they’re constantly learning and exploring new things in fun, hands-on ways.
Kellie has also been amazing at helping my son get ready for school next year, encouraging his independence, confidence, and social skills. I can already see how much he’s grown since being with her.
My son is really going to miss her when he moves on to school — she’s made such a special impact on him, and he’ll always have the happiest memories of his time with her!

As with many first-time parents, I was torn between choosing a nursery or a childminder, as I wanted to make the best decision for my child’s development. I initially planned to go with a nursery, but my first choice was full so I chose Kelie. And thank God I did. The love and care my son receives, even just at collection time, is second to none and plain to see.
He absolutely loves his daily outings to soft play, parks, and playgroups, where Kelie meets with other local childminders so the children can interact and build social skills. I’ve seen so much development in him, and I truly believe the one on one attention he gets from Kelie has played a huge part in that.
I couldn’t recommend her highly enough and feel so grateful to have her in my son’s life.

I feel so incredibly lucky to have found Kelie. She has been looking after my son since he was just 7 months old, and I can honestly say she’s been nothing short of amazing. The care, love, and attention she provides go far beyond what I could have ever hoped for.
Under her guidance, my son has developed well beyond his years — from his learning and manners to his understanding of his own cultural background and that of others. Kelie also makes him feel truly valued, heard, and welcomed every single day. She encourages an awareness and appreciation of the wider world, helping him grow into a kind, curious, and confident little person.
Kelie and the children don’t just learn indoors — they explore the world around them, getting out locally to discover new experiences and build a real sense of well-rounded character.
Every time I collect my son, he doesn’t want to leave — and that alone speaks volumes about how happy and secure he feels in her care. Kelie goes above and beyond every single day, and I am endlessly grateful for the nurturing environment she provides.
I couldn’t recommend her highly enough — she’s an absolute gem, and we’re so thankful to have her in our lives.
