About Me
Hi, I'm Molly and I live in Wivelsfield Green just outside of Haywards Heath, with my partner and two sons. I have been nannying for 8 years and have over 10 years childcare experience. I am also a mother to two energetic boys aged nearly 4, and 7 months.
I am honest, reliable and trustworthy. I am a car owner, have been driving for 12 years and have a clean licence. I have excellent communication and social skills and can build relationships on all levels with children of all ages. I am very adaptable and have enjoyed slotting in with different families helping to make the transition back to work positive and enjoyable for all involved! I love taking children out and about to different activities and groups. I love getting outside and encourage the children to have an input on planning their day. My charges and I particularly enjoy going for walks, trips to the park, feeding the ducks and also socialising with other littles ones!
I believe it is important to nurture children and provide them with a stable and loving environment for them to blossom. I feel strongly that working closely in partnership with parents encourages the best outcomes for the children in my care, and I enjoy communicating with parents, sharing information and pictures of our day.

Jan 2019 - September 20: full time nanny to boy 12 months, alongside my own child.
Jan 2015 - Dec 2018: full time sole charge nanny to boy 5 years, boy 3 years and boy/girl twins 11 months
Dec 2013 - Jan 2015: part time sole charge nanny to boy 18 months (school hours)
Dec 2013 - Jan 2015: part time sole charge nanny to girl 5 years and boy 7 years (after school)
March 2014 - Jan 2015: part time mothers help/nanny (some shared care and some sole charge) to girl 4 years, boy/girl twins 2 years and girl 6 months.
June 2014 - Jan 2015: part time mothers help/nanny to girls 6, 4 and 20 month old twins.
Previously, I have 3 years experience working in a nursery mainly with children aged from 6 months up to 5 years. In this position I was responsible for 7 key children, reporting daily on their learning and development and built strong relationships with their parents.
