About Me
My name is Hayley Ross, I am a fully qualified Ofsted registered childminder. I live with my Husband and our 2 children in Bexley, Kent.
Both my partner and I have a current CRB disclosure.
I have public liability insurance, Business Class Car insurance, and valid first aid certificate.
We live in a spacious house with a large log cabin in the garden which is used as a playroom for childminding purposes allowing free flow from outdoor and indoor play. We have a large kitchen dinning room where we eat meals, do craft and baking activities and an area for quiet time.
We live a stone throw away from the local park, woods and river walk.
I am a registered for a maximum of 5 children under the age of 8 years old.
At Little Adventurers Day Care I understand the importance of good childcare and what a wrench it can be for parents to be away from their most treasured possessions - their children. I endeavour to work closely with parents to give children the continuity and consistency they need in order to feel safe and secure in my care.
I offer a home from home environment, with a variety of activities for children to develop and learn with the emphasis on fun. We regularly attend playgroups, children's centres and libraries giving children opportunities to use other resources and build relationships with children outside of my setting.
I know that it can be very daunting for a child to leave their parents for the first time or just entering a new environment where they will be away from their parents. This is why I believe that the child responds better and feels more at ease in a home from home environment.
My Experience
I am registered childminder. Graded outstanding in my last Ofsted Inspection (Feb 2020)
Ages ranging from 9 months -10yrs.
I will am able to drop off/collect from Hurst nursery school or Hurst Primary School

Level 3 Diploma in Children & Yong Peoples Workforce Development - 18th January 2012
Paediatric First Aid Update Training - January 2018
I keep updated in all areas of safeguarding, new legislation and regularly complete training, webinars and online courses some of which include:
Autism awareness, food hygiene, food allergy awareness, behaviour management, children's mental health, developing play and language, storytelling through puppets. The list is endless and constantly being updated. If you would like full list of qualifications please ask.
My Availability
If you have any requirements please ask and I will endevour to accomodate if current ratios allow.
