My name is Fozia and my childminding setting is called Bright Stars, my aim is to provide a very high standard childminding service, this is not just a job to me I am very passionate about working with children as I have done it for many years, I strive for excellence and to help each and every child in my care to reach and do their very best and work towards their needs and requirements, I aim to allow each child to have a fun, loving, comfortable, calm and pleasant environment.
My Experience
I have worked at a private day nursery for 6 years, working with age groups from birth to 5 years aswell as looking after my nieces and nephews out of working hours.

For Fozia babysitting means switching on the television and going to the shop for buying some food. And this for £7.50/ hour.. I won't ask her again to take care about my son.

I'm sorry you feel this way however in my defence your child arrived at 7pm till 12am it was a school night and he was complaining about being tired and didn't want to sleep as he was unfamiliar with the place. Several activities were provided I have a variety of toys and games, it was your child's first time at my setting he'd not been introduced to me before he had come to the setting, he wasn't in his comfort zone and his wishes were to watch t.v. and didn't want to play with the children, and as he didn't want to do anything else I didn't want to leave him watching TV for a long period of time and the only thing he agreed to do was to go to the shop, also it wasn't a trip to the shop i took other children with me also and went for a walk.
I would appreciate if you could give me information for me to reflect on as of what you recommend what a child should be doing at 7pm to 12am, in a setting that they aren't familiar in. Thank u
an amazing childminder She works extremely hard and my son has come on so much since he started about 2 year ago. never had any issues my son loves going. would highly recommend to anyone. thank you fozia for everything you do for us we really appreciate it xx

Amazing, one in a million childminder who has always helped and supported my children, my youngest wouldnt go to nursery and now he doesnt want to leave fozia, the best setting with every learning activities for all ages, my son has additional needs and needs extra support and in just a few weeks has come on tremendously since being at bright stars, fozia is truely amazing loving and caring childminder that me and my children wouldnt be without.

fozia is a life saver trust her 100% with all 3 of my children. They have all started with fozia from being 6 month old. She works extremely hard as I work full time never had any issues my children love going. Thanks fozia your a star
