The BEST childminder you could ever ask for!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars to Violeta ! We feel incredibly lucky to have found such a wonderful childminder for our daughter. She started caring for her when she was just 9 months old, and over the past 2 years she has played such an important role in her early development.
From the very beginning, she created a warm, safe, and nurturing environment where our daughter could thrive. It’s been amazing to see how much she has grown in confidence, curiosity, and happiness under her care. Every day was filled with thoughtful activities, play, and learning, all tailored to support her development.
What truly sets her apart is the genuine love and attention she gives to each child. We always had complete peace of mind knowing our daughter was not only well looked after, but truly cared for. Communication was excellent, and we always felt included in our daughter’s day-to-day experiences.
You have no idea how lucky you will be to have her taking care of your little one!

A Caring and Trustworthy Presence for Our Family

We were truly very happy with Violeta and feel lucky to have had her support. She is kind, patient, and very trustworthy, and she always adapted wonderfully to our family’s needs. Our little Lukas was always happy and excited to go to her, which gave us great peace of mind. Violeta supported him in a calm and encouraging way, and she was also very flexible and understanding of our long working hours. Lukas especially loved the small trips they took together to museums and parks, which made his time with her both fun and enriching. We always felt that he was safe, well cared for, and genuinely happy. We would highly recommend Violeta to any family, especially those with little ones.

More like family

We've had the most amazing experience with Violeta who has been a childminder to both of our children for over two years now.
We knew she was right for us from the first day we met her when we saw all the children she was looking after happily climbed all over her, were cheerful, well fed, clean and excited to see her.
Our oldest son is incredibly energetic. Violeta's setting us perfect for him. They spend the majority of their time outside, at the park, at soft play centres, going to local museums, farms, etc.
She's part of a network of local childminders so the kids form a safe, diverse, and wide social network through being with her.
She is really communicative, we receive regular photos of the kids throughout the day and she is so attentive at picking up on changes in children's behaviour too.
Violeta has been really accommodating with things like catering for a gluten free diet, providing emergency childcare, even collecting from our house when I was heavily pregnant and really exhausted in the mornings. The kids often come back with thoughtful little presents and treats that she's picked up or made for them. It was a no brainer for us to have her help look after our second when she was born.

One in a million!

It is hard to over emphasise the extent to which Violeta has helped to nurture and grow our daughter whilst in her care from the age of 14 months to almost 3 years old. She has provided an exceptional level of support from day 1 beyond anything we could have imagined. She is patient, calm, kind, has a wealth of experience and recognises the individual needs of every child in her care, helps them to learn and thrive in a loving, safe and stimulating environment. Every week there is such a variety of activities, extensive daily outdoor play and trips to farms, museums and playgroups. We saw so much improvement with our daughter’s language and socialisation skills, and she makes everything so fun, the children love her. We felt total confidence in her capabilities to handle any situation, she is totally unflappable and has an impressive work ethic. She makes balanced homemade, nutritious meals and snacks every day and sends the loveliest WhatsApp photos throughout so we were kept updated at all times. Finding Violeta has been the greatest gift, honestly life-changing to have that peace of mind as a parent that your child is being cared for like your own, she is like family to us. I would recommend her to any parent without hesitation. You will not find a better childminder!

Excellent childminder

Violeta looked after our son since he was 11 months old and still looks after him now that he is almost 3.
Our son thrives in her care, and he loves going to her every day.
Violeta provides a safe, fun and stimulating environment for children offering a wide variety of activities, trips to the local playgroups, museums, farms and plenty of time outdoors in the local parks.
We appreciate her going above and beyond by sharing her knowledge and experience which helped us gain a different perspective and develop our own parenting styles.
Violeta is greatly valued and we are lucky to have her in our lives!

Violeta is the absolute best. A home from home.

My daughter joined Violeta aged 15 months, and was happy from the first hour. I cannot recommend Violeta enough, she created a really loving and supportive home from home for our daughter, and she taught her so much. I trust Violeta to always to the absolute best for every child and to be able to handle any situation with super efficiency. Always really calm, and in control, and very fun, the children always have such a fun time. She really is a super star and we couldn't have asked for better care for our daughter for the year she was with her. She taught and ensured she continued her fantastic manners, how to play really well with other children, to eat such a wide variety of foods, (Violeta is a really great cook, all home cooked very nutritious meals), D learnt so many words. Our daughter always felt save and cared for, she really loves Violeta and will miss her. We feel very lucky to have had her. Cannot recommend more highly.

Violeta has been given an outstanding care!

Violeta is a really lovely person. She's warm, kind, personable and professional. We immediately felt welcome and at ease with her. She's calm and relaxed and at the same time on top of everything related to ours son's care. We found it very easy to build a strong relationship with her and really work together on our son's care. She's always up for trying out new activities and exploring different things to do with the children. I appreciated a lot that they are having daily outdoor activities, going to parks, museums and socializing with other groups at the soft plays. Violeta is cooking nutritious meals for the children every day, and you get told all about what they did each day - including sleeps, nappies, food and activities. We received daily updates and pictures in our whats up group and that was the highlight of our day - we absolutely loved and treasured it! Violeta is such a wonderful soul, and we are glad our paths crossed and most importantly our son loves her too!
We would definitely recommend Violeta to any parent!

Violeta is the best!

My two children aged 4 and 2 have both been coming to Violeta's for over a year and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She's kind and empathetic, thinks up lovely things to do with the children, and they spend lots of time outside in nearby Ruskin Park. Both of my children adore her and she is so sweet to them. She also makes lovely nutritious dinners, has lots of toys for learning, and is located very close to Denmark hill station. She has done school pick up for us as well. I think she's wonderful and would recommend her to anyone!

I would like to reiterate my wife's comments. Violeta is the most wonderful woman. We have had no problems at all for five years. Wish we had known her for our first daughter. She really has changed our lives for the better. Children with her are happy, healthy and always full of laughter. No better childminder.

Newborn to school

I really mean it when I say that Violeta is the most exceptional woman and childminder. My daughter has been with her from birth (she is about to be five) and I have not one complaint. For Violeta nothing is too much trouble, she has a wonderful energy and spirit, she has a massive heart and children always have a great time with her. They are able to feel really free while always having her watch over them. She really embraces the outdoors which I love, is very good at mixing children of different ages which is so important and makes them really good food. To say she is hard working is not enough. She is a tower house with the most wonderful heart and energy. Elena and I love Violeta. It is not just Elena she helps, she always has time to listen to my problems and worries! She is just the most brilliant woman and childminder. Her family are lovely too! ❤️
