About Me
I have been a childminder since 2008 after working In retail. My two children are adults now but live at home. We have a cat called Jess who makes a appearance when she wants too. We live close to metro and town centre in whitley bay.
My Experience
I am registered with Ofsted and hold a public liabilty insurance certificate, my grading for my last inspection by Ofsted was Good with outstanding areas. More recently I have completed my level 3 diploma. I have been childminding for 14 years and have a good relationship with both parents and children. We plan activities and link them to the EYFS. All children are included in activities and are welcomed into our home which is safe and comfortable for children to play, we have a rear garden with outdoor toys as well as a good range of toys, books and crafts.
I enjoy working with children and watching them grow, learn and develop. My own children get on well with my minded children and have built good friendships.
