About Me
At Little Paddock child minding myself Alexandrea & husband Volker create a childcare environment in our specially adapted home & very generous fully enclosed & private gardens which are safe, secluded, stimulating & fun ! I am Scottish & my husband Volker has lived in the uk for over 30 years and is originally from Germany. I enjoy reading , outdoor playing & arts & crafts and Volker likes cooking , baking & messy play . Our strengths as a team is that we can provide alternative activities suited to your child’s needs . We provide a home from home structured setting with various indoor & outdoor areas to keep your child’s interested & aid in their development.
My Experience
Our experience as parents & grand parents and many years as a child minder gives us a well grounded footing. We continually develop our skills by attending courses or E learning to ensure our full compliance’s with the Care Inspectorate and are members of SCMA. We keep up with requirements, trends & new ideas . We are great believers in the partnership between you as the parent or carer and us as your child care provider.
