Hello, my name is Jade. I am a confident, kind, bubbly person and I have worked in childcare for 10 years. I am NVQ Level 3 qualified professional working full time as a nanny, previous to this I was a room manager at a nursery.
I have always been very passionate about my career and love setting up stimulating activities to help children develop and grow. I am a very energetic person who loves being outdoors, I love planning creative activities, singing nursery rhymes and finding ways to make learning fun whilst supporting children’s individual development.
I have a clean DBS, first aid training, OFSTED registered, I drive and am a qualified sleep trainer.
Over the last 10 years I have stayed in touch with parents from my previous nanny jobs, I am still a babysitter for many of them. They were all very pleased with my knowledge and skills and are very happy to give me references.

I decided to take a career change and become a nanny, since being a nanny I have gained many skills such as cooking fresh, healthy, nutritious meals for the children. Creating a routine that suits the children. Finding ways to help the children excel in their learning and help with their homework. Planning fun and educational trips and fun activities. In this time I looked after 3 year old twins and their older sibling who was 5.

Ad hoc nannying for two wonderful families over the summer holidays.
August 2017- October 2018
Full time nanny in a nanny share looking after two 18 month old babies. I cared for them since they was 6 months old. I helped and encouraged the parents to wean them on to solids, supported and guided parents when to change formula milk to cows milk, I took the babies to play groups to encourage socialisation with other children and planned fun activities every week which supported their development at each stage whilst making sure they was safe and secure at all times.
November 2018 - May 2021
Full time nanny to a 7 month old boy with later on caring for 11 month old girl who joined us in a nanny share. I helped parents to potty train them both when they was ready, I also helped with their sleeping pattern at night time after I had done my sleep training course. I took them both to age appropriate classes and groups to support and encourage their development and we had lots of fun play dates with friends.

Jade has been a wonderful nanny to our twin boys and is much adored by both of them. She is warm, caring, good fun and had an instant bond with them. Jade has supported their development throughout her time with us, in particular with speech, sleep challenges, and separation anxiety. On top of this, she always provided guidance and support to us as parents which was much appreciated!
I trust her wholeheartedly to care for our children, ensuring both their safety and emotional support. One of our twin boys has several food allergies; Jade was unfazed by these, managing diets/medicine when required which gave us a huge sense of relief when he was in her care.
The boys really enjoyed their days with Jade, often visiting parks or new play areas and she always ensured they socialised with other children. It was lovely to see pictures or hear stories of them out and about doing new things every day. We miss the daily chats with her in our home!
We feel very lucky to have had Jade look after our boys and would gladly provide references for her.

Jade has been absolutely fantastic with our 19 month old daughter, and has looked after her since she turned 1. We had been in a nanny share with another family, but are sadly changing childcare providers now due to our personal circumstances changing. We would have loved to keep Jade on if it had been possible.
Our daughter is a typical lockdown baby, which made her very sensitive, and was lacking confidence in social situations. Jade has done absolute wonders for her confidence, by gentle encouraging her to engage in social situations, get to know other children and babies of similar ages, all whilst providing all the comfort, kindness and security that she has needed.
Jade is also extremely organised which I have loved, arranging lots of activities for the children in her care, and providing us with an overview of where she will be for the week and what they will be doing, and constantly providing us with photo updates. Jade enjoys planning seasonal themed activities, and encouraging creativity through things like drawing and painting, which our daughter loves. Jade is also great at feeding our daughter a balanced diet, giving her a great range of different foods, and encouraging a varied and healthy diet.
On a personal level Jade is also very easy to get along with, and we enjoy having her around and in our house. All in all, Jade has been a fantastic addition to our family, and we are very sad to see her go.

Jade has been with us for 2.5years, since our son was 9months old. Our son is now 3 so will be heading to nursery later this year. Jade has been organised, caring, fun and all round brilliant for this whole time. Jade will consistently find new and age relevant activities and fun excursions for the children. Just over a year into Jade working solely with us we joined a nanny shae for 3 of the 5 days. It has worked wonderfully, mainly down to Jade organising the share and making sure it works for everyone. The kids absolutely love her. Jade ensures a varied and nutritious meal plan and is always very clear on what needs to be purchased and when. Jade spends a lot of time chatting and engaging with the children and consequently our son's speech is great and so is his ability to discuss his emotions and pinpoint how he is feeling. We'll all miss Jade. I am around for written or phone call references.

Jade has been with us in a nanny share for about 16 months now - she is brilliant with the kids, goes out of her way to find fun activities for them to do, is very mindful of emotional and early years development and works very hard to make sure they’re getting the right kind of stimulation.
Added to that she’s very caring and compassionate with the kids, looks after them brilliantly, creates wonderful menus to make sure they’re getting a good mix of protein, fruit and veg. She really is a second mum to them and, as a result, they love being with her and look forward to spending time together and with her.
She’s incredibly conscientious, is always mindful of safety and works very very hard. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
