About Me
We are an informal, relaxed and welcoming family based in TW12 close to Hampton Hill High Street. We have three children; two boys aged 11yrs and nearly 8yrs and a little girl born in July last year.
We all love good food, having fun together and being active. We spend our free time walking in Bushy Park & visiting interesting places, playing family games, eating out and doing DIY to finish the renovation of our house!
The boys‘ interests include crafts, origami, drawing, basketball, beavers/ scouts, gaming, cooking, reading, drama/ music watching movies and creating their own games involving random household objects and complex rules!! They are - we are told- funny, kind, empathetic, polite and well behaved- mostly!!
Our youngest is a very happy, good natured baby in an excellent routine. She eats and sleeps very well and loves her weekly classes.
My Requirements
We are hoping to find someone who will thrive in a busy family environment, is organised, proactive, dedicated and focused on the children and their safety, wellbeing and development. Someone who can set boundaries with kindness and build a positive relationship with all three.
My husband works full time with frequent travel, though sometimes from home.
I am slowly returning to work in a freelance capacity. The role primarily will be to care for our baby, but will sometimes involve shared care arrangements and working as a team with caring for the boys instead, and also to take sole charge of all three on occasion.
We are involved, hands on parents who are aware of the challenge of three children so take a collaborative, supportive approach while being conscious of allowing a nanny space to do their job!
We are looking for 1.5 - 2 days per week plus occassional babysitting.
We need someone with a solid nannying background and experience of babies & a warm nature with a good sense of humour. Driving and cooking skills are definite advantages too!
