My Experience

I offer extensive experience caring for newborns, with a specialised focus on establishing calm, structured routines that support both baby and parents from the very beginning.

My approach is gentle, intuitive, and highly responsive to each family’s individual preferences. I work closely with parents to create balanced feeding and sleep patterns across a 24-hour period, ensuring babies are well-settled, content, and thriving.

I am particularly experienced in guiding babies towards healthy sleep habits, including encouraging self-settling and helping to regulate sleep cycles in a calm and supportive way. My aim is always to create a peaceful environment, reducing anxiety and bringing confidence to new parents during those early weeks.

I am known for being organised, discreet, and professional, while maintaining a warm and reassuring presence within the home.

I also provide postnatal support following your return home, offering gentle guidance across all aspects of newborn care, including feeding, sleep, and establishing a natural routine.

For families requiring more focused support, I offer shorter, tailored bookings (48–72 hours), designed to implement or refine routines and address early sleep challenges. My approach ensures parents feel confident and equipped to continue independently.
