About Me
I am 38 years old and I enjoy working with children. I am now a qualified Learning Disability Nurse but I still enjoy babysitting on an ad hoc basis.
I used to be a member of St John Ambulance so I know a lot of first aid. I have some special needs experience as I used to work as a passenger assistant escorting children to school and working in a 'special needs' day centre.
I am honest, reliable and trustworthy.
My Experience
I used to help in a playgroup in my church but my work pattern changed so I am unable to attend. I have also looked after my friend's children. The ages of children I have looked after range from babies to teenagers. I also help out in the St john ambulance division that I attend with the children and the teenagers.
I have also volunteered for Interplay in the Summer which includes children with learning disabilities into their playscheme and I volunteered for Action for Children (formerly NCH) which involved taking children with learning disabilities out into the community and enjoying activities such as bowling and the cinema.
My Qualifications
I have 9 GCSE's, a GNVQ in Health and Social Care and an A-level in Spanish.
I have a BA (Hons) Childhood and Youth Studies (Open) in which I received third class honours.
I have a BN in Learning Disability Nursing.
My Availability
I can be flexible as I only work a couple of shifts a week. I have a car and willing to travel.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £10.00 per hour
The minimum I charge is £10 an hour throughout day up until 11pm. Any later than that its £12 per hour but I'm open to negotiation.
