About Me

I have been working in a nursery for the last 13
years. I was working in the 0-2's room but I now work with 2-3's. I have had many years experience baby sitting I started when I was 14 and am now 31. I have had experience in all ages of children during my time at college doing placements and whilst working in my nursery.

My Experience

I have worked in my current nursery for 13 years. I first started on the Baby Unit working with 0-1's but then moved to the 1-2's side when my key children turned one. In May 2014 I was atemporary room leader for 2-3's and I have also had experience within the preschool room due to covering when nursery is short staffed. I now am based within the 2-3 room as an Early Years Educator.

My Qualifications

I have a Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education which I gained at Farnborough College of Technology. I gained 8 GCSE's when studying at school which includes a BTEC Level 2 ChildCare and Education GCSE, a C grade in Mathematics, C grade in English and a C grade in Science. I am Paediatric First Aid trained.

My Availability

I am available weekends with notice of course and can do evenings although I work shifts my latest shift finishes at 6.15pm. I do occasionally have team meetings which I will be able to let you know in advance.
