My Summary

My Experience

I currently work as a part time nanny Monday to Friday on a 28hpw contract, this can increase to 55hpw during the holidays. My charges are almost 7 and 10 and having started with them aged 2 and 5, this role is due to end in September 2026.
I have built a very strong, loving bond with them over the past 4½ years. My duties have encompassed nurturing early years development, supervising and supporting homework, developing the children as individuals in terms of building confidence and fostering independence. I endeavour to provide a wide variety of enriching activities and experiences that are creative, active and cultural. I support a focus on manners, kindness, emotional wellbeing and social consciousness with no questions being off limits.

My role also involves me creating and preparing a menu of nutritious dinners for the whole family. I generally keep things tidy and ticking over within the household and assist the parents with other tasks where I can. I currently also change the beds and do a household clean.

My Qualifications

I studied to A level in full time education and have attended courses for Teaching Assistants and first aid in schools.
I am enrolled on the DBS update service, am fully insured and have a paediatric first aid certificate. I currently have voluntary Ofsted registration for Kiddivouchers.
I do not smoke or take drugs.

My Availability

I am available Monday to Friday.
Ideally 30+ hours over 2 or 3 days. I try to be flexible and am happy to offer occasional overnights or weekends work by arrangement.

My Fees

• Nannying from £19.00 per hour (gross)

£19+ gross per hour.
