About Me
I am currently going through the ofsted registration process and have completed all aspects just pending the ofsted visit. I have a 11 year old step son and an 3 year old son. Both are a bundle of fun and have always loved working with children. I always used to work with children and moved into an office based environment when I went into full time “normal” work. Although I’ve been successful in my career I have never felt the love for my job as I did when working with children, which has led me back towards childminding!
I have loved every minute of raising my step son and now my son and realised how much I missed working with children! I come from a childminding background and have an exceptionally high standard of what I think a childminder should be. I still regularly see my own childminder from when I was a child so I believe that shows the level of care I think is acceptable.
I come from a wonderful fun family and have many family and friends who are also childminders. Our summers are filled with fun and adventures!
My Experience
In my past roles I have been a life guard, children’s party organiser, run kids camps and worked at Chessington world of adventures before moving into more office based roles where I have been very successful.
I am paediatric first aid qualified and previously was a lifeguard so I was qualified to a very high standard of life saving skills.
My Qualifications
Paediatric First aid qualified, previous qualification as a life guard and am an extremely competent swimmer. I have completed early years training, safe guarding and have a full enhanced DBS
My Fees
- Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
- Childminding from £7.50 per hour
Negotiable but as a childminder I would be looking for £7.50 an hour or for evenings and weekends a Minimum £10 an hour
My Local Schools
- I provide drop offs and pick ups at Burlington Infant and Nursery School
- I provide drop offs and pick ups at Burlington Junior School
