Professional child carer who is dedicated to children and families.
I have lived in Clevedon for 30 years I have grown up children and 3 tennage grandsons
I enjoy taking children out and about, doing art and craft with them and reading stories. I love dogs, and happy to walk them, and do nursery and school pick ups, meals, washing, tidying up, bedtime routines etc.
Am on the DBS register, can provide excellent references and all documents
Fees are negotiable for the right family
I am currently nannying on Wednesdays (12 years with this family)
I have taken 2025 off from nannying (apart from wednesdays) as I have been caring for my mum, who has now sadly passed away.
Ideally, I am looking for a family in Clevedon.
My Experience
I started out as a live in Nanny, then had my own successful childminding business for 15 years, receiving a National award in 2006.
I worked for Barnardos (alongside nannying), giving me experience of vulnerable children and families.
Also do some ad hoc work with vulnerable 16 to 25 year olds.
During the pandemic I embraced and enjoyed the homeschooling! I also found time to volunteer in the local community delivering food and meals to the elderly and vulnerable. Currently volunteering for One25 charity
