I'm a teacher in south ealing who requires childcare full time from September and maybe the occasional day/afternoon/morning before then. My son (Ethan) will be 1 in July and more than anything we want someone to look after him who is kind and fun.
My Requirements
As neither my husband or I drive, we want someone who is local to us (south ealing/northfields)and as I am a teacher I don't want to have to pay for school holidays as I will want to look after Ethan. Ideally, we would also like childcare that is fair.y flexible as sometimes I will have to collect Ethan after 6 and if I got stuck in traffic coming home I would want someone to understanding about this.
