About Me

AVAILABILITY IS FROM SEPTEMBER 2026

I am a registered childminder based in a quiet cul-de-sac in Lostock Hall, where I live with my husband, our two daughters, and our two small, friendly dogs.

I provide a warm, home-from-home environment where children can learn, play, and thrive. We have a secure garden that the children can enjoy in all weathers, offering plenty of opportunities for outdoor play and exploration.

We love getting out and about, exploring nature, visiting local parks, nature reserves, and the beach when the weather allows. We also regularly attend a variety of playgroups and play centres to support children’s social development.

I work alongside a small network of local childminders, giving children the opportunity to mix with others and build friendships in a wider group setting.

I am OFSTED registered and was graded GOOD at my last inspection in October 2024. All adults in the household are DBS checked.

I accept government funding and childcare payments.

I have NVQ 2 & 3 in child care and have over 25 years experience in childcare
I have worked mostly with 0-2 year old and after school children.
My last post was a supervisor in a nursery caring for 1-2 year olds
I have now been childminding for 16 years and enjoy my job very much.

My Fees

I charge £45 a day 7.30 - 5.00pm inc meals and snacks.
