Katie has been an incredible support to our family. She has cared for my twins, both of whom have additional needs, with genuine patience, calmness and understanding. She is naturally warm and friendly, builds trust quickly, and is brilliant at engaging my daughter through creative play ideas and gentle, thoughtful approaches that really help her connect and participate.

Katie is also very reliable — always punctual, communicative, and professional. She keeps me updated clearly and consistently, and she’s been really helpful in supporting observations for Community Paediatrics, particularly around sleep, routines and how the twins present day-to-day.
