I really can’t put into words how amazing Linzi and Michelle have been for our little girl. They truly have been her second home ever since she was 9 months old.

As many first time parents will understand, we were anxious about our child starting somewhere when she was still so tiny. Without any family locally, it was imperative that we found a place we could completely rely on to provide safe, fun and educational childcare, whilst also not feeling too regimented for a baby/young child.

I first visited Kideo’s whilst pregnant and was immediately reassured when I met Linzi. I could tell straight away that this wasn’t just her job but her life. She genuinely loves the children she cares for and knows everything about each and every one of them.

On my next visit we met the lovely Michelle, who works alongside Linzi, and she shows exactly the same care, kindness and patience.

Our daughter constantly asks about Linzi and Michelle as though they are extended family, which they truly have become.

They go above and beyond with thoughtful arts and crafts that the children bring home, birthday cards, Valentines, Christmas cards and more. It is so lovely to see what they have been getting up to. They also take the children to wonderful places locally, helping to broaden their interests and learning.

We feel incredibly lucky to have found you to take care of our most precious little girl. Thank you so much.
