About Me

Hello! My name is Jennifer and my childminding business is called "Little Bugs Childminding".

As well as holding the necessary childminding qualifications, I am also a fully qualified primary school teacher of 10 years and have three children of my own aged 8, 5 and 18 months.

I provide care for children in Early years 0-3 years and strive to ensure all children in my care receive the warm, nurturing care that all children deserve in a home-from-home surrounding. Your child will be immersed in an open, play-led environment comprising of a inviting play room equipped with toys for all ages and daily activities set up to encourage their explorative nature to thrive and enable them to reach their milestones. They will also have open access to my garden which comprises of a playhouse, sand pit, mud kitchen, water tables and ride-ons. We like to get out and about most days and attend a number of local playgroups and enjoy taking trips to the library, parks, zoos and beaches.

From February 2025, I have spaces available for some new Little Bugs to join us!

I have an 8 year old son, 5 year old daughter and 18 month old little boy so I’m very experienced with babies, toddlers and small children and all that comes with them (breastfeeding, bottle feeding, weaning, nappies, potty training etc)
