About Me
Barn Lodge Childcare is a childminding facility in Maidstone. The team includes 3 registered childminders and 2 childcare assistants that provide a safe, caring and positive environment.
We care for children from 0-4 years, Offering flexible childcare Monday-Thursday 8am - 6pm. For the under 5's the Early Learning Years Foundation Stage is followed. This Education framework encourages children to develop their personalities, talents and abilities.
Friday Pre Schoolers Club
Every friday 9am- 3pm, term time , for 2-4 year olds
We provide an excellent variety of activities to encourage children's desire to learn through fun and engaging play.
There are so many areas of learning that can be achieved through a gentle steering of a child's mind and imagination whilst allowing them to think freely, express themselves, and enjoy their growing sense to explore.
Barn Lodge childcare has outstanding facilities. A large detached barn has a vast array of toys and resources for a wide age range. There is also a quiet room for babies and younger toddlers to give them there own space to explore in safe surroundings.
The amazing outdoor space is a child's dream, a two storey play house, swings, slides and sand pit are just some of the garden fun to be had.
We accept KCC funding for 3 and 4 year olds. Also funding for 2 year olds if their criteria allows.

We have experience in caring for very young babies, toddlers and pre schoolers. We provide individual care for each child at our setting.
