About Me
RM Childminding Service is run by a friendly Ofsted Registered Childminder, who aim to provide a warm and fun environment for your little treasures. RM’s setting is located in Barnes, surrounded by beautiful landscapes and has excellent transport connections to the city of London.
RM Childmind Children: Ages 0-4 years
Monday to Wednesday (8am-6pm)
There are also 2 Childminding Occasion Days, which brings all families together. A Family Picnic Day (beginning of July) and a Family Christmas Dinner (beginning of December).
My Experience
RM Childminding Service thrives on happiness, love and great experiences. RM has childcare qualifications, enhanced DBS check, pediatric first aid training and over 15 years of experience working with children from as early as 5 months to 12 years old. RM Childminding runs in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework for Childminders July 2025.
All children are provided with freshly prepared nutritious meals for healthy growth and development. Children will benefit from both indoor and outdoor activities and engagements.
Outdoor experiences range from nature walks, parks and gardening at our allotment and our local community gardens, trips to our local Wetland Centre and Commons, as well as trips to Richmond Park and Kew Gardens in the wider communities. While indoor experiences range from baking and cooking, songs and stories, writing and drawing, construction and crafting, board games, letter & number identification and formation through games.

Our DD was with Rashadee from the age of 7 months until she was 31/2. The only reason she's not with her still is that we moved out of London to Oxford. Try as we might to get Rashadee to move so she can look after our young DS - she's staying where she is - so people of SW London, you're in for a treat! You simply could not get a more caring, compassionate, interested and energetic person. Rashadee is one in a million. Five stars are not enough.

Rashadee has looked after both my boys (3, now left, and 1) and is caring, warm and great fun. She cooks the children wonderful food, often organic, which we have also been able to enjoy at parties in the summer and at Christmas. The boys have had a great time with her - enjoying plenty of messy and creative play, cooking, outside play and trips including to the theatre and museums. She really does embody the idea of learning through play - I know they are always having fun but learn a lot and she has helped develop a real love of both music and stories. Above all, I am completely confident that they enjoy their time with Rashadee, that they are well fed, comforted with plenty of hugs when needed and cared for to the best of her ability.
