About Me
Hi my name is Jennie and I am 65 years young, I am a qualified CSSIW Registered child minder and have been a mum for the last 26 years. I love children and am full of fun. Your children will never be bored or lonely whilst in my care while also being in a very safe and loving environment. It is something i really enjoy doing and it’s not just a job to me .
I have a son of 29 who is still living at home . I have won 2 childcare awards one for Enabling Environments and a snowFlake award for a Christmas tree the children made . I have a little Westie dog called Ralph who is very friendly but doesnt have continual contact with the children all day.
My Experience
My experience is being a mum for the past 29 years and an auntie for the last 52yrs . I also did a 3 year course in childcare in school as well as being a nanny to my friends children who are now 50and 45 This is what the eldest Georgia put on my Jennie's day care site:
"This is me and my baby sister Natalie. We are now adults but this photo was taken when Jen was our babysitter. We had amazing loving parents and when they were at work, it was a hard act for Jen to follow! But she was WONDERFUL!!!!! Some of my fondest childhood memories are of us playing with Jen and spending time with her. More recently, she has looked after our children and she hasn't changed one bit! We nicknamed Jen our Fairy Godmother because she has been such a special part of our lives! If I had small children, I would hire Jen to spend time with them and me even if I wasn't working - just so that we could hang out with her!!! Jen became more than our babysitter, she became our family! And I feel compelled to write this because I want anyone who may be considering her services to know that you would be hard pushed to find anyone as loving, fun and caring to look after your little ones. Good luck Jen, I am so envious of the children who you are about to take care of!!!! :)"

I love my job we have so much fun, we do baking , have music time , go to the museum, the park even have lunch out some times,Its the best job in the world .
I do school drop off and pick ups, or if you need your child taken to an after school activity.
