My Experience

I have recently been the Manager of a nursery, helping to maintain the running of the nursery and supporting staff and the settings ethos to ensure the best quality care for the children. As well as being the Manager I am also the settings Baby Room Lead and the settings SENCO.

Although my work life within the Early Years industry became permanent in 2011, prior to this I was often babysitting my younger siblings and for other family and their friends. In 2021 I welcomed my own child and my experiences through motherhood and nursery to babysitting has given me experience and knowledge for caring from children ranging from newborn all the way through to teenagers.

My Qualifications

I have a Bachelors Honours in Early Years Education and Practice. I am also first aid trained and have completed safeguarding courses. I also have a health food and safety certificate. I have my drivers license so would be able to drive to you.

My Availability

I am available term time Monday - Friday after my child’s school drop off (8.30am) I am available until 2pm am happy to extend this to the evening if you are happy for your child/ren to be with me to collect my child from school and for my child to then be present.

I have availability throughout half of the half terms as well and am happy to have discussions regarding the remaining half terms as my daughter will be with me.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £17.00 per hour
• Nannying from £17.00 per hour (gross)

My fees are £17 an hour
